Stove-top Sugar Free Cereal
Hearty sugar-free cereal you don’t feel bad about enjoying.
Ingredients: 2 tablespoons coconut oil 4 cup rolled oats 1 cup sliced almonds 1 cup flax seed, grounded 1/2 cup cacao nibs 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
Directions: In a cast iron pan heat oil over medium. Once oil is heated add rolled oats and stir continuously. Cook oats until they are partially toasted then add in the sliced almonds cook until almonds and oats are a golden color, stirring continuously. Transfer to a sheet to cool and add flax, cacao nibs and ground cinnamon to the mix. Store in air tight container for later use or enjoy right away.
