Garlic Chicken Stir-Fry
Trying to get your veggies in? Stir- Frying is a great way to get them in. Feel free to swap out any of the veggies in place of something you already have. My rule make sure you have something soft and something crunchy to mix up the textures. Enjoy!
Ingredients: Chicken marinade 2 tablespoons Braggs amino acids 1 tablespoon sesame seed oil 2 chicken breasts cut into strips (feel free to insert whatever protein you like here) 3 garlic cloves chopped 1 1/4 cup chopped red onion Veggie mix 1 teaspoon sesame seed oil 2 baby bok choy 2 cups chopped red peppers 2 cups chopped broccoli 1 cup snap peas
Instructions: Marinade the chicken for 15 minutes. While it marinades wash and chop your veggies, and if your feeling extra hungry, start cooking up some rice. Next heat pan or wok over medium and then heat pan with a splash of olive oil. Cook chicken and marinade over medium till chicken comes to internal temperature of 175 degrees F. Place chicken and onions aside and deglaze the pan with a splash of water. Place the rest of deglazing on the chicken that is set aside. Add sesame seed oil to the pan and sauté veggies, for a few minutes adding a splash of water the last couple minutes to steam lightly if needed. Toss with chicken, and top with sesame seeds and black pepper. Serving size: 2
